Instructions
- With a fork smash up your banana.
- In a medium bowl add sourdough starter and milk and mix until incorporated.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and let sit 5 minutes.
- Heat skillet to medium high heat and grease with vegan butter or coconut oil. Pour patter to form medium pancake.
- Once the pancake is covered with tiny bubbles it is ready to flip.
- Repeat until all the batter is gone.
- Top with maple syrup, almond butter, or fruit.
