  • 16 ounces Boiled water


  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 pinches cayenne (more if you like spicy)
  • 3 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
  • 4 pitted dates

Instructions



  • Boil boil water


  • Add: add 4 dates, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, cayenne and boiled water to you blender
  • Blend- blend all ingredients on medium for about 20-30 seconds. When you stop the blender you should see a foaminess on top.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
