Never miss dairy again with this delicious and healthy Vegan Feta Cheez! Made with cauliflower, tahini, nutritional yeast, and spices!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cauliflower rice


  • 3 Tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon sumac
  • 1/2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon no salt seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions



  • In a bowl add tahini, lemon juice, sumac, nutritional yeast, turmeric, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined
  • In a saucepan add the cauliflower rice and sauce. Stir with a spatula on low heat until well incorporated and warm.
  • Turn off heat and enjoy on salads, pasta, burgers, etc.
