- 4 cups cauliflower rice
- 3 Tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon sumac
- 1/2 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon no salt seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl add tahini, lemon juice, sumac, nutritional yeast, turmeric, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined
- In a saucepan add the cauliflower rice and sauce. Stir with a spatula on low heat until well incorporated and warm.
- Turn off heat and enjoy on salads, pasta, burgers, etc.
