Less than 10 ingredients this simple and elegant One Sheet Salmon and Asparagus with a sumac-honey marinade is so quick to assemble yet boasting with impressive flavors and beauty!

  • 2 salmon filets


  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon organic mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon
  • Sprinkle of salt

Instructions



  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cover a sheet pan or casserole dish with parchment paper.
  • Clean your salmon and asparagus and lay on parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl mix honey, mustard, sumac, black pepper, turmeric, and garlic.
  • Sprinkle a little salt over your asparagus and salmon (about 1/8 teaspoon).
  • Cut thin lemon slices of lemons and set aside to put over your salmon and asparagus.
  • Squeeze remaining lemon over the asparagus and salmon.
  • Spread the sumac-honey marinade over the salmon filets.
  • Let the salmon marinade in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes.
