Less than 10 ingredients this simple and elegant Sheet-Pan Salmon and Asparagus with a sumac-honey marinade is so quick to assemble yet boasting with impressive flavors and beauty!
This Sheet-Pan Salmon and Asparagus couldn’t be simpler to put together bursting with flavor and nutrients. Salmon is one of our family’s favorite fish and we love to mix it up with different marinades. Grilling in the summer months and baking in the winter. I have to say this recipe is our all-time favorite way to eat it. We will mix up the vegetables to whatever we can find seasonal in the grocery store or farmer’s market.
Asparagus goes well with this dish because it cooks up perfectly at the same time as the fish so you don’t have to add the fish later like you would with some other vegetables. If you do decide to add a potato for example you can follow the recipe the same way, just put the potatoes on the baking sheet in the oven for about 15 minutes before adding the salmon filets.
We make this dish a lot in the spring/summer because it is so quick to prepare and the clean up is a breeze leaving us extra time to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. I made this for father’s day and served one of my husbands favorite summer desserts; these Pistachio-Lemon Bars
