  • 1/2 inch ginger


  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 large lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup papaya or pineapple
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

 



  • Peel ginger and lemon. Place lemon whole with pulp and seeds in the blender.
  • Add all ingredients to Vitamix blender or any high speed blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
