- 1/2 cup Full–Fat Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder (this is my favorite and I’ve tried them all)
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
- 1/2 of a pitted Date
- 1 teaspoon Artisana Raw Cashew Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a saucepan add water, coconut milk, and vanilla. Heat until warm but not boiling.
- Transfer to a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend well on medium speed.
- Transfer to your favorite mug and enjoy.
