Fresh Grilled Ginger–Lime Salmon is so simple to make, the perfect summer dinner!
I love grilled fish in the summer, it just might be my favorite summer dinner. We eat fish about 3 times a week and its so fun to be able to grill and marinate in various ways all summer long. I usually bake fish in the winter, but I must admit grilled fish is so much better. I’m thrilled my children even my 3-year-old love fish. It’s one of the best protein options available with loads of health benefits.
If you would like to bake this recipe, it will still be delicious and couldn’t be simpler. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Let rest, remove the skin, and enjoy. We love this fish with roasted sweet potatoes and a simple salad like my Pear and Pistachio Spring Salad.
This is one of the easiest recipes to make at home. The Ginger-Lime Salmon is flakey, juicy, zesty, and so good. Wild Caught Salmon is the only way to go, its sustainable and has a great deal more nutrients than farm raised salmon.
