Easy Spicy Fish Tacos! Grilled Mahi-Mahi full of spicy flavor topped with purple cabbage and the best cilantro-lime avocado crème!
Easy Spicy Fish tacos was inspired by my son’s favorite book right now Dragons Love Tacos. It is a very funny book and we have been reading it on repeat! If you have a toddler, you know what I mean. So, I guess I’ve had tacos on my mind and as I try when I can to bring the book we are reading into our lives by way of food; I thought it was time to make tacos. You see the dragons in this book cannot have spicy tacos or they will breathe fire! Thank goodness we are mere humans and can therefore consume these delicious spicy fish tacos.
The flavors in these tacos are out of this world. This turned out so much better than I expected, and my husband says these are way better than anything we had in Mexico. He’s so sweet!
No problem, just reduce the cayenne and paprika by half. The flavor will be wonderful just less spicy. This is how I do it for my 2 younger kiddos who are more sensitive to spice.
I suggest mahi-mahi, snapper, flounder, or halibut. Shrimp could also be substituted.
