Blueberry–Lemon Sunrise Smoothie is the perfect breakfast or snack. It’s super nutritious but tastes like a blueberry-lemon pie.
This simple Blueberry-Lemon Sunrise Smoothie is one of my favorite morning smoothies. I always keep these ingredients on hand which makes this smoothie all the more simple. It has become one that my children love to make as a late morning or afternoon snack for themselves too. If you know me, you know I love getting my children in the kitchen. Cooking from a young age allows them to enjoy healthy food and realize the immense benefits real nutritious food has on their mind, body and spirit.
If you don’t happen to have all these ingredients on hand, I have a few optional additions or alterations you could make below. Just promise me you will make this recipe as is first. I really love it and hope you will too!
