This dipping sauce is the perfect dip for your veggies, spring rolls or add it to your pasta, so easy and healthy!
I love Pad Thai and that dipping sauce! My recipe is much healthier with almond butter instead of using peanuts. If you are also allergic to almonds you could use cashew butter or pecan butter as well. Just adjust the flavors to your liking since each nut has a little different flavor. Hummus and veggies are a staple in my home but its nice to have another veggie dip on regular rotation. You can always make a big batch and whatever is left over just add it to my Jap Chae recipe.
Ways to use this dip:
- Spring rolls
- With raw vegetables
- Chap Chae recipe sauce or Pad Thai
- Use as salad dressing
- Add to sandwiches
