Perfect Fudgy Chocolate Strawberry Brownies to satisfy your chocolate cravings! These are my most favorite brownie recipe ever. There are a few recipes that my husband loves to make me and this is one of them! He knows it always satisfies my chocolate cravings!! These brownies are simple to make but feel extra fancy and special for the one you love.

These brownies are best served warm if you want a rich decadent treat, you could even throw ice cream on top and go crazy! I also really like them right out of the fridge cold for a more fudgy consistency. These freeze very well. I usually make a double batch and individually wrap them so I can take out and have dessert for one when the kids go to bed.

Can I freeze these brownies?

Yes! They freeze perfectly. I wrap them individually but you don’t have to. Just make sure they are wrapped well and stored in a freezer safe container to ensure they don’t get freezer burn. Store up to 4 months.

Can I substitute a different flour?

You could use all- purpose white flour, but einkron flour is so much healtheir for you so why would you want to?!

Can I make this vegan?

Yes! You could use two flax eggs or 1 smashed banana. The contistency will be slightly different but still wonderfully delicious. You can’t really go wrong with these babies.

Description

Amazing Fudgy Chocolate Strawberry Brownies! Rich and ooey gooey delicious fudgy brownies will satisfy your sweet tooth with every bite.

Ingredients

Units Scale

Brownie Batter

  • 2 eggs

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅔ cup cacao powder
  • ⅓ cup einkorn all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips (I use ½ cup semi-sweet and ¼ cup dark)

Strawberry Filling

  • 2 cups organic frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Chocolate Drizzle

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a saucepan add strawberries and maple syrup and stir until boiling. Turn heat to low-medium and add vanilla. Simmer for about 15 minutes to allow the strawberries to thicken. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil.
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and coconut sugar.
  • In a separate bowl add all the dry ingredients except chocolate chips.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Add in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour in half of the brownie batter into the baking dish. Then pour in all the strawberry filling. Pour remaining batter over the top of the strawberry mixture.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes depending on your oven. Check at 17 minutes. This brownie will jiggle slightly but have set on sides well.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly.
  • To make the chocolate drizzle add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan. Stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted.
  • Drizzle chocolate over cooled brownies.
  • This are wonderful both served warm with ice cream or cold right out of the refrigerator.
