This Sumac Tahini Salad Dressings is by far my most favorite dressing right now. I paired it with my Warm Rainbow Quinoa Salad this time and oh man my mouth was bursting with flavor! Feel free to adjust the amount of red pepper flakes depending on your spicy tolerance and liking.
This dressing is packed with flavor and very versatile, making it really wonderful to drizzle over roasted veggies or use as a raw veggie dip.
What you need to make this amazing dressing:
- Tahini sauce
- Sumac spice, ground
- Red pepper flakes
- Lemon
- Garlic
- Maple syrup
- Filtered water
